Our story
Cygen Solutions was founded on 15 years of VoIP infrastructure experience. The founder spent over a decade designing and deploying carrier-grade telephony systems before assembling a team covering AI/ML, embedded systems, full-stack development, and backend engineering. The common thread: every team member has shipped and maintained production systems.
VoiceInfra, the company's production AI platform, began as an internal requirement. The team needed AI voice agents that integrated with existing PBX systems without forcing infrastructure changes on customers. When external partners began requesting deployment, the platform graduated from tool to product. It now operates across six international markets with paying customers in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, and Australia.
The company is deliberately structured for accountability. Senior engineers lead every engagement. When a client hires Cygen Solutions, they work directly with the team building the system: direct engineering access, no account management layer, no lost context.
